July 19, 1999 Coyotes - Thunder Bay Ontario
This was a pretty rockin' concert.
Serial Joe was the opener, which meant millions of screaming girls.
Edwin put on an awesome show, and we were fortnate enough to meet him afterwards for authographs.
I had a blown up picture of Edwin
there, and I gave it to him onstage. And so did my sister, and the picture
that
my sister had, he said "Oh look,
its a picture of me and you, and I look like shit." But really he didn't.
The guys I went with actually got to help put away Edwins stuff, and got to play his drums, which was a huge deal for them! I'm sure they'll never forget it!
When we were finished doing that,
we went back to meet Edwin. He remembered us, and we told him how Kenny
sat in the car the whole time at the gas station. He laughed at that. Then
he took the picture I had, and wrote "Karli, Great to
see you again [heart] Edwin" I was
pretty happy about that.
