"SUPERHONEY" VIDEO ALREADY FILMED? - JANUARY 23, 2002 since the new album is almost out, take the poll and tell me how excited and psyched you are that it's almost here. take it here I'm not entirely sure about this, but I think I saw on the MuchMusic Much News page that Edwin has filmed, or is in the process of filming the video for his first single to be released to his sophmore release. The song in question is called "Superhoney" and snipets of the song were played on Much News. If I heard correctly the video is dreamlike and is comprised of three distinct parts. The video will then follow the strucure of coming out of, and back into a dream. Can anyone confirm this? write me
EDWIN'S NEW ALBUM COMING IN MARCH - DECEMBER 3, 2001 Can-Rock heartthrob Edwin will be releasing his second solo album on March 19, 2002, according to a Sony Music Canada press release. The first single from the yet-to-be-titled album will be a song called
"Superhoney," which should be hitting radio station airwaves in January
2002.

JAM!MUSIC EDWIN INTERVIEW - NOVEMBER 26, 2001
Edwin has "99 percent" finished the follow-up to his 1999 solo debut, "Another Spin Around The Sun". But while he still has some tweaking to do in the studio, he also has to select a title for the album due out in the middle of March on Sony Music Canada. "I've got about 150 of them, but I haven't settled on one," Edwin says. Even the first single has been decided upon: a straight-ahead rock song called "Superhoney". "Malibu," a slower number, is also being touted as a future single. Judging by Edwin's comments, the new album rocks.

EDWIN KICKS IT UP AT WHITE RIBBON - JUNE 6
Edwin, decked out in tight red snakeskin pants joined the cast in performing
a rather melodramatic version of U2's "One." Their cover of Hendrix's "Foxy
Lady" was much better with incorporated sassiness of Edwin and The Tea
Party drummer Jeff Burrow's flaming shirt.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY - FEBRUARY 15, 2001 I hope that everyone had a really good Valentines Day, and that you sent some of the Valentines I made. I know that these sort of websites should focus on the band, and the music, but sometimes I think it's good to have a little fun with the site, especially now that Edwin news is small and far between. He and his band are in the studio recording a follow up to Edwin's Gold Debut Album, Another Spin Around the Sun. I hope to keep having little fun, interactive sections to this site,
but it doesn't get enough visitors at the moment to do such things, but
hopefully in the future that will be possible.
NEW EDWIN VALENTINES! - FEBRUARY 2001 Since there is very little Edwin news at the moment (he's in the studio
recording his second album) I decided to do something fun, and made some
Edwin valentines!
ALIVE NOMINATED FOR JUNO - JANUARY 2001 Edwin's song, Alive, off of his debut album Another Spin Around the Sun is nominated for a 2001 Juno Award. Edwin is not specifically nominated, as the director of the video, Rob Heydon is nominated. The 2001 Juno Awards will take place at Copps Coliseum in Hamilton Ontario. Tune in on Sunday March 4.

annual tradition of kicking off North By Northeast by raising awareness
for the plight of abused women was held last night. For the White Ribbon
gala some of the sexiest Canadian male vocalists perform cover songs at
the Phoenix Concert Theatre. Organized by The Tea Party's Jeff Martin,
and hosted by hosted the show with Edge 102's Brother Bill and MuchMoremusic's
Bill Welychka this years event was their biggest success to date.
